You are entitled to 1 FREE credit report from each of the three credit report agencies each year.  All you need to do is connect to 'www.annualcreditreport.com' and click Request Report and chose the agency that you want.  To contact them by phone, call 877-322-8228.  If you have questions you can call the credit union office at 937-548-0360.
